Dimitri van Hees (1984) is an API Architect from The Netherlands and co-founder of Apiwise. His company is involved in multiple IT projects from the Dutch Government. Before starting his own API consultancy company in 2015, he and his business partner has been web developers at a renowned internet agency for over a decade, consuming and publishing ‘APIs’ way before the API revolution took off.

With ‘separation of concerns’ and ‘developer experience’ in his mind, he constantly tries to improve interoperability between systems, departments and organizations. Dimitri presented about this before at multiple Dutch conferences, APIcon UK, API Days Nordic and API Days Paris. He studied Information Management at Tilburg University and runs an API-driven microbrewery in his spare time.
